How much

Standard delivery starts from £3.99 and increases depending on the items and quantity selected.

Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday to Friday. This means processing times can vary between 1-3 working days.

Please note no orders will be processed Saturday or Sunday.

Shipping Times

After order is processed (1-3 working days), items from the shop usually arrive within 5-10 working days for most of the UK mainland.

Orders Delayed

We promise we’ll do absolutely everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified.

We work with our couriers who have accuracy for their delivery service.

Occasionally events beyond our control may result in your parcel being delayed whilst it is with the courier and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.

All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is lost or delayed, let us know and we’ll act quickly to locate it, bearing in the mind the points below.

All claims for missing items must be made within 28 days of the date of your order.


Order Cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our first priority, and we’ve made this easy, fast and simple.

Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:

  • you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (20 days not including 1-3 day processing)
  • you receive the wrong item
  • Are returned to us in perfect condition, with their original packaging and with the labels attached.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear and swimwear that has been worn.
  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
  • your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

You can submit refund requests by sending a message on Contact Us page. You will have to pay for the return postage charges.

After we get back to you by email, please enclose your invoice or returns form, letting us know what action you would like us to take, eg. exchange or refund. This will help us to ensure we process your return quickly and efficiently.

You’ll need to pay the postage costs to return your parcel. We recommend that you ensure you obtain sufficient postal insurance in case your item goes missing on its way back to us.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
